“Your greatest power is your power to release negative emotions, and feel positive emotions along with strong desire.” Dr. John Gray
Life Coaching:
Coaching is different than counselling in that it assumes you have worked through past issues of pain, fear and anger and that you are ready to move ahead with a future focus. Coaches assist you to uncover your gifts and talents, discover your goals and desires, and hold you accountable to reach these goals. A life coach will help you navigate roadblocks, and articulate and achieve your goals faster than on your own.
Initially, we do a intake interview. Then we meet with you in person or over the phone for typically ½ hour per week for several months to as needed, typically 3 months to 2 years.
Together we‘ll discover what your goals are and develop steps to reach them. A coach guides you with drills and assignments to keep you focused, builds your skill repertoire, and regularly checks your progress. Life coaching can help you:
- Realize your potential.
- Get clarity of purpose.
- Enable your creativity to soar.
- Tune up your skill set.
- Release power into your life.
- Increased effectiveness and profitability at work.
Relationship Coaching:
Relationship coaching is a specialized branch of life coaching that focuses on learning and applying powerful tools to help you stay on the pleasure side of the relationship instead of the pain side.
Coaches work with individuals or couples by the 80/20 rule. We spend 20% of your time teaching you, and you work 80% of the time. You complete exercises and drills regarding new skills and knowledge leading you to new awareness. When you become aware, you can change. Relationship coaching can help you have:
- Increased intimacy and fun.
- Effective communications skills to hear each other.
- Powerful conflict resolution tools.
- Sustained deep personal change.
Tele-Coaching: Our coaches are trained and well experienced to conduct effective sessions by phone in conjunction with materials provided by e-mail or fax.
