Benno Dreger, BA, MDiv, MA, RPC, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Divinity degree from Concordia Lutheran Seminary (1994) and is completing a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from City University. He has received specialized training in Cognitive/Behavioural therapy, Individual and Group Psychotherapy, Human Sexuality, Family Systems, Narrative and Solution Focused therapy, Alcohol and Drug abuse (both youth and adult), Marital therapy, Mood disorders, and Anger Management. Benno is a certified instructor in the internationally renowned PAIRS program and teaches couples the practical application of these intimate relationship skills.  Benno is a member of the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA) and has been working in the counselling field for more than 14 years.
