If you find yourself answering "yes" to 5 or more of the above questions, you likely have an anger problem and could benefit from learning more about anger and how to deal with it effectively.

Until recently, the logic and function of emotions has not been clearly understood. The basic emotions of pain, fear and anger have been looked upon as enemies to our health and relationships.

In fact, the emotions of pain, fear and anger are actually our emotional friends and like a warning light on the dashboard of our car, they can alert us to check out potential problems "under the hood."  But when we don't pay attention to them, they can lead to the break down of happiness and cause much trouble in our lives and relationships.

The Anger Management Workshop for men, and the new women's only workshop, "A Place for the Heart" are designed to do much more than simply manage anger. These workshops assist individuals to deal with emotions of pain, fear and anger in healthy ways.

In the workshops you will learn to:

  • Identify your hurts fear and anxieties that can fuel anger
  • Uncover self-limiting life scripts
  • fully feel and heal deep emotions
  • handle disappointments
  • gain self-confidence
  • experience peace in your relationships
  • choose more appropriate behaviours

Learning to deal with anger requires more than management.  It's about experiencing the full range of feelings of pain, fear, anger, love, pleasure and the joy that results in true happiness and fulfillment.

The men's workshops are held in South Langley at a local ranch for a spectacular retreat style setting. BBQ dinner on Saturday, breakfast and lunch on Sunday are included.  Men have the option of sleeping overnight and are encouraged to do so (bring sleeping bag, toiletries etc.) The class is limited to 12 participants so register early! Tuition for the weekend is $299.00/pp including food as specified, accommodation, instruction, materials, drinks and light snacks. In the event that there are less than six men registered for the program we would require only one day to cover the material and the cost for the day would be $149.00/pp. (Participants will be notified one week in advance of any changes to the class schedule.)

"A Place for the Heart" women's workshops are held at the newly renovated PFL offices in Richmond. This class is limited to 12 participants on a first come basis.

Tuition is $225.00/pp and includes instruction, materials, drinks and light snacks. Women, please either bring a lunch or plan to eat at one of the many restaurants in the area. In the event that there are less than six women registered for the program we would require only one day to cover the material and the cost for the day would be $149.00/pp. (Participants will be notified one week in advance of any changes to the class schedule.)


These workshops are lead by highly trained and experienced professionals in the areas of emotions and bonding. They have worked extensively with individuals and couples alike to facilitate authentic change resulting in life giving consequences as a result of true emotional healing.
