Minimum length of the marriage preparation counselling is six, two-hour sessions.

Cost: $200 per session per couple + GST

• Part One: Getting acquainted and communications training
• Part Two: Getting to know each other's family of origin

Session Two:

• Part One: Examining results from inventories and testing
• Part Two: Dealing with expectations and differences

Session Three:

• Part One: Learning how to deal with conflict and forgiveness
• Part Two: Decision making and goal setting

Session Four:

• Part One: Defining roles and responsibilities
• Part Two: Dealing with finances

Session Five:

• Part One: Sensuality and Sexuality and Family Planning
• Part Two: Extended Family relationships, Friends, and Lifestyles

Session Six:

• Part One: Building you and your mates self-esteem
• Part Two: Spiritual relationship. Wedding plans preparation and wrap up.
