management. Benno is a certified instructor (PTP) in the internationally renowned PAIRS program and teaches couples the practical application of these intimate relationship skills. Benno is a member of the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA) and holds a Master Practitioner of Clinical Counselling designation (MPCC). Benno is also trained in divorce mediation, parenting co-ordination and teaches the Parenting After Separation program as well as Finances After Separation for the Justice Education Society. He has been working in the counselling field for more than 23 years. 

Benno Dreger, BA, MDiv, RPC, MPCC, PTP holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (1989) from the University of Alberta, a Master of Divinity degree from Concordia Lutheran Seminary in Edmonton, Alberta (1994) and has completed Masters level training in Counselling Psychology from City University, Seattle Washington. He has received specialized training in cognitive/behavioural therapy, individual and group psychotherapy, human sexuality, family systems, narrative and solution focused therapy, alcohol and drug abuse, marital therapy, mood disorders, and anger

Janice Inch, R.N., RPC, LC, has worked in the field of emergency medicine for over thirty years. She is a certified instructor in the internationally renowned PAIRS relationship skills education program and has been teaching relationship skills since 1997. Janice is also a trained life coach through the Institute for Life Coach Training, and has taught courses on emotional literacy and co-dependency. She has been a speaker and coach at women's and couples conferences and has taught the PAIRS skills in Romania to orphan children.
