Once you  pay for and attend the Men's Anger Management Bootcamp seminar once, you can attend again for free as long as you want until you feel you've mastered the skills.

Stop putting a bandaid on it by counting to 10, taking a deep breath or giving yourself a time out. You know that doesn't work!  Learn the truth about anger and how to get rid of it from the inside out.


The Men's Anger Management Bootcamp is designed to do much more than simply deal with anger on the surface. This workshop assists individuals to make deep and lasting changes. In just a few short weeks you will begin to overcome your triggers and live with purpose.


In this workshop you will learn powerful skills to regulate your emotions.  You will learn to identify deeper feelings that can fuel anger,  uncover beliefs that limit your potential, handle disappointments, as well as build core values and self-esteem. You will also learn ways to increase compassion, love and peace in your relationships, and the skills to enable you to choose more appropriate behaviours.


Registration includes instruction, materials, drinks and light snacks. The program run one night a week (two hours) for six consecutive weeks. (Participants will be notified one week in advance of any changes to the class schedule.)
